We give a short and light roast to both the Arabica and Robusta splits in this Nespresso Professonal capsule. The light roast helps give this coffee some of its boldness. Keeping the roast short allows us to keep the blend’s aromatic complexity alive.
A little milk

With the addition of a little milk, Espresso's powerful flavors and dark roasted character are further enhanced with vegetal flavors.
Cappuccino:
The flavor of dark roasted coffee is softened by the milk, and in addition to the sweet taste of Cappuccino, we can also discover flavors of green grains.
